A drawing I did of my friend’s character, Jesper. I focused on creating a convincing shape and style of his long dreadlocks.

This was part of my portrait project for my Life Drawing class. I focused on making sure the color scheme was coherent and conveyed emotion that the viewer can feel through the page.

A full-bodied illustration of another character from my webtoon, Clover! I was specifically trying to nail down her fashion style and clothing. I’m especially proud of how her pose and sweater turned out.

This is a portrait drawn of my character, Adrian, and a friend’s character, Yami. Adrian is doing Yami’s makeup while he tries his best to hold still. I focused mainly on the anatomy and expression work in this, as well as mastering a side profile.

This was an illustration I created that I feel encapsulates who I am. I’m a pretty fun loving person, and I spend a lot of time with my head in the clouds imagining what could be. I wanted to work heavily with line variation and how different weights can impact the feeling of a drawing, as well as how to use color in a space to make a piece feel cohesive.

"Skating but Cooler"

These are two characters from a webtoon I have been working on for a few years. In this scene, the character on the left, Delani, is teaching the character on the right, Atlas, how to rollerskate. I took heavy inspiration off of multiple references, as this was a complicated pose for me to achieve at the time. This project helped me to learn how to work more efficiently with lighting, as well as learn more how to put two figures in a space convincingly.
